Terms of sale
Product information and consumer terms intended for the United Kingdom.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. About JointCareFormula and these terms
These terms concern the JointCareFormula website and any purchase arrangements expressly confirmed for a UK consumer. JointCareFormula is the name used on the site. For enquiries, complaints and product questions, contact [email protected]. The seller’s full legal identity, geographical address and other required business particulars will be provided before you are asked to enter a contract.
These terms are directed at individuals purchasing for personal use in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you take priority over inconsistent wording in a policy. We do not claim that using an English-language website requires you to give up protections in another part of the UK.
2. The present website and contract formation
The pages display product information, customer reviews and bundle selections. They do not currently operate a payment checkout or submit an order through a form. A bundle selection changes the displayed product price and does not reserve stock, debit an account or by itself create a purchase contract.
If you enquire by email, an acknowledgement of that enquiry is not automatically acceptance of a sale. Before a purchase is accepted, the seller and customer must agree the goods, quantity, total price, payment arrangements and delivery details. Any acceptance and required terms will be provided in a form you can save. You should have an opportunity to correct errors before committing.
3. Product description and intended use
The featured item is a pre-dosed foaming toilet bowl cleaner. The source product information describes one bag per toilet weekly, with approximately 20 minutes of contact time before flushing. Packaging images may carry the original product branding. Follow the actual label for ingredients, handling, storage, compatibility and directions.
The product is presented as a cleaner for mineral deposits and cleaning residue, not as a disinfectant. Results may vary with water hardness, bowl shape, use and the age of deposits. We do not promise identical results for every toilet. Those qualifications do not excuse a product being faulty, misdescribed or unfit for an agreed purpose.
4. Prices, currency and availability
Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The GBP amounts were converted from the original euro prices using the European Central Bank reference rate for 3 November 2026 (EUR 1 = GBP 0.83358), rounded to two decimal places; the values were converted, not simply relabelled. The displayed product subtotal, tax treatment, charging currency, and delivery or other unavoidable charges must be made clear before acceptance.
Previous-price and discount displays relate to the indicated bundle and the source pricing information used for this version. They are not a promise that stock is reserved or that an offer will end at an invented time. If information needs correcting before acceptance, we will explain the corrected arrangement and allow you to decline. We do not reserve a general right to change an already agreed contract unilaterally.
5. Payment and delivery
No payment is taken by the current page. Any later payment arrangement must be separately confirmed; do not send card details in ordinary email. There is no automatic subscription, repeat order or recurring charge.
Delivery availability, costs, import arrangements where relevant and the expected period must be explained before purchase. Our Payment & delivery policy provides further information. Delivery qualifications do not exclude the seller’s statutory responsibilities for an agreed shipment.
6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Qualifying distance purchases normally carry a cancellation right even where there is no fault. Separate remedies apply where goods fail to meet the contract. See Returns & refunds for how to notify cancellation, return goods and raise a product problem.
A sale price, an opened outer carton or the expiry of a voluntary guarantee does not automatically remove statutory rights. We will not substitute store credit for a monetary refund where you are legally entitled to the latter unless you freely agree.
7. Safe use and your information
Read the packaging before use. Never combine the product with other cleaning chemicals, keep it away from children and pets, and stop use if you suspect a safety issue. See Product & safety. A safety instruction is not an attempt to exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Supply accurate information when making an enquiry or arranging delivery. We use relevant personal information as described in the Privacy policy. Do not submit another person’s details without a lawful reason and appropriate authority.
8. Website content and availability
Images, text and layout may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and retain information for your personal use and to understand a purchase. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Reasonable website restrictions do not prevent lawful quotation, complaints or exercising consumer rights.
We may update informational pages or correct an error. Any later policy change does not retrospectively remove rights under a contract already agreed.
9. Liability, complaints and applicable rights
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory rights relating to quality, fitness, description and remedies remain intact. There is no blanket exclusion for all foreseeable consumer losses.
Send complaints to [email protected], explaining what happened and the outcome sought. We will review the facts, request relevant information where needed and explain our response. If unresolved, you remain free to seek independent consumer advice or pursue a remedy through an appropriate court. We do not require compulsory private arbitration or state that we belong to a dispute-resolution scheme without a factual basis.
The applicable mandatory UK consumer law and available court jurisdiction depend on your circumstances and place of residence. These terms do not force a Scottish or Northern Irish consumer to give up a right to bring proceedings in their own eligible courts. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply only so far as lawful and fair.
