Payment & delivery
Prices, payment arrangements and delivery information for the UK.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Enquiries and purchase arrangements
The current JointCareFormula pages present product information and bundle options. They do not accept card details or take an online payment. You can contact [email protected] to ask about availability and the arrangements for a potential purchase. No amount is charged merely because you view the site, select a bundle or contact us.
Before you agree to a purchase, you will receive the seller’s business identity and geographical contact address, an accurate product description, the full payable price, available payment methods, delivery arrangements and applicable cancellation information in a form you can retain. Do not send card information by ordinary email.
2. Displayed product prices
| Bundle | Product price shown |
|---|---|
| 2 bags / 1 box | GBP 24.92 |
| 4 bags / 2 boxes | GBP 43.18 |
| 8 bags / 4 boxes | GBP 59.68 |
| 12 bags / 6 boxes | GBP 69.52 |
Product amounts are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). They were converted from the original euro (EUR) prices using the European Central Bank reference rate for 3 November 2026 (EUR 1 = GBP 0.83358), with each price rounded to two decimal places. Before any purchase, the final charging currency and payable amount will be confirmed. Your bank or payment provider may use a different rate or charge a foreign-currency fee if you pay in another currency.
The product amount is not a promise of free delivery. Before any contract, the final total must make clear all applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other unavoidable costs. Where VAT applies, it must be included or otherwise presented as legally required for consumer pricing. No undisclosed mandatory fee should be added after you have agreed to buy.
3. Payment and order confirmation
Payment methods are confirmed as part of the purchase arrangement. This policy does not promise cash on delivery, instalments, a particular card network or a payment-provider service. No subscription or recurring payment is created by browsing or selecting a pack.
We will distinguish an enquiry acknowledgement from acceptance of an order. The final terms and confirmation must identify the items, quantities, price, payment arrangements and delivery details. Keep that confirmation and quote its reference if you contact us later.
4. UK destinations
Ask us to confirm delivery to the intended address before purchase. Service may differ between mainland locations, Northern Ireland, islands, remote postcodes, parcel lockers and other delivery arrangements. A reference to UK customers does not guarantee that every postcode can be served on identical terms.
Where goods would be dispatched from outside the UK, we must explain the relevant arrangements and any known import taxes, customs handling or other mandatory charges before acceptance. We do not describe an overseas shipment as a domestic UK delivery or promise that customs charges are already covered unless that has been confirmed.
5. Dispatch and delivery timing
Any estimated dispatch and transit periods will be stated before purchase. They may be affected by the destination, stock and carrier service. The current page does not promise a particular number of working days or guaranteed next-day delivery.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed, UK consumer contracts normally require delivery without undue delay and within 30 days. If an agreed or applicable deadline is missed, the available remedy depends on the circumstances, including whether timing was essential and whether an additional reasonable period is appropriate. We will not treat every delay as removing your right to cancel or obtain a refund.
6. Delivery problems and responsibility
Tell us promptly if tracking appears wrong, a parcel arrives damaged or the items differ from the confirmation. Provide the reference and a description of the issue so we can investigate with the relevant carrier. You do not lose statutory rights merely because you were unable to provide a photograph or meet an arbitrary short reporting deadline.
Where the seller arranges the carrier, responsibility for the goods normally remains with the seller until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession. Special rules may apply if you independently commission a carrier not offered by the seller. Delivery instructions must not be used to impose a blanket exclusion of responsibility.
7. Changes, cancellation and contact
Contact [email protected] if your address needs correcting or you need to change a quantity. We will explain what is possible before dispatch. For cancellation and faulty-goods remedies, read our Returns & refunds policy and Terms of sale. Nothing here limits mandatory UK consumer rights.
